This green tea, which is the third pluck of the season, was named for its appearance, which is reminiscent of a sparrow’s tongue. It is a roasted green grown in various locations throughout South Korea, and is well known for its a smooth, slight sweet taste with mint, grass and marine notes. The tea presents a mild astringency.
