Korean Matcha (Common Grade)
This organic matcha powder is from the Boseong region of South Korea. This pure tea is shaded for three months of the year to produce a rich green liquor.
This is a common grade of matcha.
In our opinion, this matcha is best when prepared thin for drinking. It would also be excellent for use in culinary applications and would lend a strong matcha flavor to foods.
